I have been building systems since before I had a name for it. Finding how the pieces connect, seeing the whole system, and then getting back into the details where the work actually gets done. Building the structure that makes systems reliable and easy to use.

The tools changed with every role. DOS scripts, infrastructure configurations, Windows NT, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, Jira, product workflows, governance models, AI infrastructure. The thinking never did.

I have always worked at the intersection of business, process, and technology. Between what an organization needs, how to get there, and what technology can do to make it repeatable.
